Refund Policy – Her Empire Beauty
At Her Empire Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of beauty products and wigs, we only accept returns for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
• The item must be in the original packaging
• The return must be requested within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:
• Wigs that have been worn, altered, or styled
• Beauty products that have been opened
• Shapewear that has been worn
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product so we can resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
